| Hi Will! It's your reef fish instructor from the Sea Dancer diving expedition from Provo.
I'll be in town May31 for a couple of weeks. I would love to catch a show of yours or your reccommendation. Let me know what's not to miss at that time. There's too much to choose from! I look forward to seeing you! |

Hi Will!
Do you remember "John Goodlow" from the late 70's/early 80's and West 30th Street? Take a look at the URL above and view my portfolio -- it should all come back. I use to live in Steve Gadd's building and would often go to recording sessions with him...and there we all were.
I'm living in Upper Montclair, NJ and frequently find myself acting on stage or in something on TV. I unfortunately missed your gig on New Year's Eve in Montclair for "First Night" (I was in the middle of the run of a show and also had relatives in town).
I have two boys, one of which is a few days from 16. He's a wicked guitarist and is interested in moving from his present style and studying classical guitar. Can you recommend anyone that teaches classic guitar? Feel free to e-mail me at the address included above.
I hope all is well with you and that our paths cross again soon.

| Saw you guys last night at the Warner in DC - virgin live Faux experience. Knew it would be great but what an over-the-top treat it was. Sat right in front of Jimmy and got 6 string schooled big time. As a bass player I sometimes fail to fully appreciate the thin string thing from whence I came. Frank is forgiven for his tuning faux pas on "If I Needed Someone". 11 out of 12 ain't bad. Look forward to the next honor and privilege of being in your presence. |

| Will,
I hate messages that start with.. "You won't remember me, but... ...". However, you won't remember me, but about 20 years back you were holidaying in Tahiti and you guys joined my lady and me for a few drinks, drives round the island etc. We're from New Zealand, and so nice to say we can watch you on Letterman every night.
You rock!!

I went to the "U" the same time as you. Graduated in 1977. Do you remember a trumpet player named Mikey Horbel (or Horbal)? He played in the jazz band at Miami. Another guy I remember was Gary Kahn. He composed and played piano. I think he lives in NYC. Anyway, love your work on Letterman. Lew. |

| Will,
I recently purchased the Brecker Bros. "Back To Back" album that I used to have as a kid (on 8-track!) Your bass playing on that album is amazing ! What type of bass were you playing then? Fender?

| Mr. Will, you absolutely rock! thanks for all you do for the bass and music in general. My all time favorite of yours is "The Chief" with Metheny and Burton. I think I have it down. Way to go. Do you still play with Hiram anywhere in town? Saw you guys at Manny's years ago, and you guys were awesome of course. Any chance you will be playing in NYC in the next couple months? I will be there (from Milwaukee) in mid-May and early June, and hope to catch you somewhere. love you, bro! ger |
